OTE provides you with a unique service in Greece which immediately repairs or replaces your device when this appears to have a problem, regardless where you bought it. Subscribe to the ΟΤΕ Service and you will take advantage of all these services! Upon your subscription to the ΟΤΕ Service, each problem your device may present, is immediately solved and without further hassle. This service offers you:

  • Free call in of specialised personnel at home.
  • On the spot repair of your phone device if this is possible even if you have bought the device from a different supplier than OΤΕ.
  • Temporary replacement of your device, in case the specialised personnel feel it can be repaired and until it is repaired.* 
  •  Immediate replacement of the device with a simple digital device with call identification in case your device cannot be repaired.*

We provide you with a solution in the simplest of ways

Subscribe to the OTE Service and we will provide you a solution in every case! When a problem of communication comes up, call OTE's assistance ΟΤΕ (121) and say so. The personnel behind 121 will immediately locate the problem and in case it is not a question of network, a technician will immediately get in touch with you to fix an appointment and call in to check upon the problem of your device.

* The ΟΤΕ Service includes only simple PSTN devices. The devices offer in replacement are simple wired digital devices (PSTN), selected by OTE with call identification. The least possible activation period for this service is on (1) year.
