Register in the service OTE Service ISDN BRA and you will have:

• If you are customer with netMod
  Replacement in case of a problem, with NT1 and ISDN MODEM*

• If you are customer with [NT]1 and ISDN MODEM
  On the spot repair or replacement of ISDN MODEM (that it has been bought from the Sales Networks of  OTE) with ISDN MODEM*.

Register in OTE Service ISDN BRA and in every occassion, you will have a solution! When a problem occures, call the department of OTE (121) iin order to declare it. The staff of 121 will realise where precisely the problem is located and in case it does not concern the network, our technician will communicate as soon as possible with you so that it closes an appointment in order to come in your place to investigate and give solution (is pointed out that the service covers a ISDN MODEM per notice of problem.

The service has minimal duration of registration 12 months.
