Complaints

In order to provide a customer care service of the best quality OTE has implemented certified procedures for applying, managing and handling customers’ complaints having as a main target the customers’ satisfaction. Our customers can put their applications/complaints in writing and submit them to all our Contact Points such as OTEShops, Call Centers (13888 for residential customers – 13818 for business customers) or simply complete the relevant application form provided on the following websites: www.oteshop.gr. & www.otebusiness.gr. Especially, if a customer has a complaint about a bill, only he/she who is the owner of the telephone line or his/her authorized representative can submit the complaint to our OTEShops and that is mandatory for the privacy and security of our customer’s personal information. In case you find it difficult to access one of our OTEShops, in order to submit your complaint, you should print the following application form and after you have completed, signed it and attested your signature in a Police Station or in one of the Citizens’ Service Centers (ΚΕΠ) you can send it by mail to your closest OTEshop.
