  • Activate standing payment on charge of your credit card, Visa or Mastercard - issued by all banks - Euroline (Eurobank card), so as to automatically pay off your bill at its due date. Fill the form of activationat at an OTEshop, with no extra charge.
  • If you wish to cancel stand payment with charge of your credit card please fill the application.

    • Guaranteed stand payment of your bank account

    Pay off your bill easily and guaranteed at the expiry date with automatic charge of your banking account.


  • To activate this service you should complete and apply the proper activation form to any OTE shop or at your bank.

    In case of dispute for the telephone bill amount, you have 10 days at your availability after the due date to cancel the specific charge. Your bank will return the amount within 3 days at your bank account while you can contact OTE to solve the dispute. At that case your bill is concerned as non-paid and follows the procedure of not-paid bills.

  • Enter the bank's site using your personal password that your bank has sent you.
  • Use your debit card at one of the bank's cash machines.
  • Follow the instructions showing at the cash machine screen and make the payment fast by pressing the Account Number which is written on the top right of the page.

    Also, you can pay off your OTE bill at one of the many OTE shops as well as at the OTE network shops (OTESHOP, COSMOTE, GERMANOS) as well as at ELTA, co-operating with OTE shops, Sport Agents (PRO-PΟ) co-operating with OTE , and even on banks or through Phone Banking, according to the bank's conditions.

    • Through ΑΤΜ

    It is a very fast and accomodating procedure.

  • Use your debit card at one of your bank's cash machines.
  • Follow the instruction thar appear on the screen and complete a payment by pressing the Account Number which is written on the top right of the page.

    Also, you can pay off your OTE bill at one of the many OTE shops as well as at OTE network shops(OTESHOP, COSMOTE, GERMANOS) as well as at ELTA, co-operating with OTE shops, Sport Agents (PRO-PΟ) co-operating with OTE , and even on banks or through Phone Banking, according to the bank's conditions.
